We were asked by the client to add a large sunroom extension to the existing property which would incorporate the kitchen and  allow access from the living room. This would include a large set of bi-fold doors, a large roof lantern and installation of a new kitchen. To achieve this we removed the wall between the kitchen and the new sunroom whilst adding a smaller set of bi-fold doors between the living room and sunroom to allow this to be used as a separate room or join to the sunroom.  We also supplied and installed new flooring and all decoration throughout.

 

The new kitchen leading onto sunroom created a nice flow to the house and added to the overall property. Working closely with the client we achieved the overall effect of a light, modern and stunning addition to this lovely property.
